Account Manager, 3D Sensing and Display

BrightView Technologies is an emerging player in the high growth market for Engineered Optics used in 3D Sensing, LiDAR, and Advanced Computer Displays through it’s portfolio of innovative products based on industry-leading Microstruture Lens Array technology. BrightView is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support existing and new strategic accounts in the America’s West sales region. This person will network in large complex accounts to secure new design wins, manage existing business and maximize revenue. The Account Manager will work closely with the BrightView cross functional teams of Product Management, Engineering and Operations to deliver exceptional customer support through complex and lengthy design cycles. This is a high profile opportunity for the right person to manage existing business, spearhead new design wins and develop large, complex accounts. This position requires strategic account planning and customer relationship building.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to organize teams across multiple functions
  • Program Manage internal/external teams through lengthy design cycles
  • Work within a larger sales team to provide global coverage to large accounts
  • Develop business and account strategy
  • Negotiate complex sales
  • Develop design pipeline for next generation designs
  • Meet or exceed annual quota and business objectives
  • Provide best in class customer satisfaction
Experience
  • BS Engineering or equivalent
  • A minimum of 7 years of technical sales experience or equivalent
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • Exceptional organizational skills; attention to detail
  • Passion for product and market
  • Technical background in lasers, optics, or thin film products
  • Experience with 3D Sensing, LEDs, VCSELs or Display Technology is a plus
  • Background in large, complex account management is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Good computer skills
  • Good people skills, team player, can work with colleagues and clients with different geographical
  • locations and cultures, and provide positive influence and impact
  • Travel 10-20%
Education/Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, required
  • Master’s degree in business or technical discipline, preferred
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary plus incentive compensation plan
