Retention Period

We will not retain personal data longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is processed in accordance with BrightView’s Record’s Management Policy, and subject to any legal and regulatory requirements. We currently retain this information for a period ranging from the duration of the session to three months.

We may change this Privacy Statement periodically at our discretion to reflect changes in our privacy practices or relevant laws. We will make changes to this Privacy Statement by updating this page.
