Marketing Specialist

BrightView Technologies is an emerging player in the high growth market for Engineered Optics used in optical technologies within Advanced Computer Displays, 3D Sensing, and LiDAR through its portfolio of innovative products based on industry-leading Microstructure Lens Array technology. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop and implement marketing strategies for optical components within these markets, and help Brightview establish itself as a market leader.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and ensure execution of marketing strategies that seize opportunities and drive growth
  • Develop content and execute multiple projects in various markets. Activities would include disseminating information, coordinating e-mail campaigns, creating brochures, sample kits, visual presentations, newsletters, direct mail pieces, press releases, and other marketing materials
  • Administer the planning, logistics and execution of all tradeshows, being attentive to the value of staying within budget and on time.
  • Create E-mail campaigns to promote products and services to ensure marketing messages are conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects
  • Create content including customer and analyst presentations, product guides, data sheets, sales materials, blogs/articles, website pages, solution briefs, white papers and more.
  • Manage the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the Marketing spend
  • Keep stakeholders and the leadership team up to date with progress of projects. Ensuring clear and efficient communications between the marketing/creative team, and the wider company.
  • Manage the marketing activity to coordinate with channel partners and external third-party vendors.
  • Provide key voice of customer input to the product development process by gathering input from sales, customers, industry experts, market data, etc. 
  • Be the expert on user/buyer intelligence, knowing who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
Education and/or Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of marketing experience within a corporate setting
  • Experience with E-mail campaigns, customer relationship management tools, survey platforms, and marketing automation applications.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategy, segmentation, and execution
  • Experienced in defining technical requirements, evaluating technologies, scoping projects, and overseeing implementations
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven ability to connect multiple data points for reporting on marketing performance and informing channel/program strategy and execution
  • Expertise in managing audience segmentation, digital marketing campaigns, and email campaigns
  • Strong team player with demonstrated ability to partner with sales, design, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional departments
  • Proactive, Self-Starter with an Enablement attitude
  • No supervisory responsibilities
